Showing off the bright and open interiors
Arbor Coconut Grove, a 52-unit boutique condo that launched sales in March, has unveiled a batch of renderings showcasing its open and contemporary interiors.
These new visuals include a shot of the northeast corner of the building; a chef-style kitchen that’s equipped with Bosch appliances and cerused oak cabinetry; and a glimpse inside a master bathroom. There are natural wood finishes and wide-plank porcelain wood-grain flooring throughout.
The five-story eco-living inspired project is a collaboration between Urban Atlantic Group and Oak Ventures.
"Sales have been steady in the months following our unveiling in March and leading up to our ground breaking in July,” said co-developer Nick Hamann. “We’ve received a great response from buyers and are already 25 percent sold. The positive response has demonstrated a need in the market for a boutique condominium project geared towards livability and long-term end-users seeking a sense of community."
Amenities include an outdoor cinema, yoga and pilates deck, lush courtyard, and a rooftop terrace.
Arbor is designed by Behar Font Architects with interiors by Samuel Amoia. Residences start at $799,000 and the developers plan to break ground in July.
