On the heels of the opening of the boutique condominium’s sales gallery, brand-new images offer an even closer look into the spacious residences
COCONUT GROVE, FL (May 24, 2017) – Walls of glass, high ceilings and expansive family-style living spaces are being showcased through a collection of newly released renderings of Arbor -- a new, eco-living inspired boutique condominium rising from the heart of Coconut Grove.
The amenities, fixtures and finishes captured within images of the building are providing buyers with a fresh glimpse into the highly anticipated 52-unit project, which is being jointly developed by Urban Atlantic Group and Oak Ventures. The residences -- exclusively presented by Douglas Elliman -- range from two-story townhomes to penthouses.
“The images we’re unveiling further demonstrate that Arbor goes well beyond the norm of a standard development…a project crafted with a strong emphasis on livability and a sense of place,” said Nick Hamann, a Miami native, Coconut Grove resident and Principal with Urban Atlantic Group. “Our vision has been to create large, house-like residences that capitalize on wide views, special amenities and walkable access to area hot-spots and recreational facilities – essentially, the quintessential home-sites for long-term members of this vibrant community.”
Marked by a signature, leaf and vine-adorned exterior, the centrally-located building features designs by Behar Font Architects and interiors by Samuel Amoia. Named by VOGUE magazine as one of the “5 Young Interior Designers on the Rise,” Amoia has been the visionary behind a multitude of high-profile projects, including the recently-completed DeLorenzo Gallery on Madison Avenue in New York and the Itz’ana Resort and Residences in Belize. The newly released renderings of Arbor include a kitchen and master bath, as well as a shot of the northeast corner of the building. As illustrated within the images, designs by Amoia are inspired by the tree-shaded setting of the project’s historic surrounding neighborhood, mindfully pulling the outdoors in through full-length windows, private gardens and sizable living areas.
“Having grown up in South Florida, Nick and I have always had a tremendous appreciation for Coconut Grove, its longstanding roots and multitude of unique offerings,” said Jeremy Waks, Principal of Oak Ventures, who also hails from Miami. “We have specifically drawn inspiration from these hallmarks to build something that pays homage to the social threads of the neighborhood, its ‘green’ composition and community-centered attributes.”
Large, open floorplans in the five-story building will be geared toward end-users, particularly those with active lifestyles looking to live within walking distance of area restaurants, recreational facilities and top-rated schools. Townhomes will feature 20-foot ceilings and private gardens, while penthouses will have private rooftop terraces. Chef-style kitchens in the residences will be outfitted with Bosch appliances and cerused oak cabinetry, and additional highlights in each unit will include natural wood finishes and wide-plank porcelain wood-grain floors.
Developers plan to break ground on Arbor this fall, with completion slated for fall of 2018. Keeping in step with its neighborhood-like ambiance and a focus on eco-living, the building will additionally feature a bicycle share program with an accompanying concierge, an outdoor cinema, a Yoga and Pilates deck, a “backyard” with social spaces and a lush courtyard, a rooftop terrace, electric car charging stations, lap and splash pools, and a pet walk, among other unique amenities. Residences start at $799,000.
The sales gallery, which opened in March, is located at 3034 Oak Avenue, Coconut Grove, Fla. 33133. For additional information about Arbor, visit http://grovearbor.com/residences.
